Does anyone have advice for transitioning into a mid-career role after obtaining the CFA Charter? I’m a career changer in the sense that I have a nice career in financial services that doesn’t really utilize a CFA. I decided to get my CFA Charter, and now that I have it, I’m realizing that I would need to likely take a BIG step back in my career to fully utilize the Charter.
Are there any mid-level/senior roles that would require a CFA Charter but don’t require extensive experience in that specific field? It feels like most senior roles that require the Charter would want very relevant experience.
Any thoughts?
