Carrer Advice - Being an CFA L-II candidate

Hello Everyone,

Top Investment Banks and Companies hiring CA or CFA or MBA(that too from b-schools now a days :P)…But what should an Gradute(financial Markets) and CFA L-II candidate do to get him job in IB, Investment Management, Research or Analytical field ?

CFA credential doesn’t mean much for IB. Research and analysis, somewhat more. Someone who has passed L-I is considered reasonable at math or accounting, but not much special in terms of separating from the general pack of candidates.

IIM A/B/C or ISB.

Working on basic communication skills will pay dividends over education at your point in the game.
