Can anyone recommend the best way to study the derivatives section for CFA L1. I want to study the LMs that consist of more formulas and calculations (rather than the introductory material) in a sequential manner. I tried studying to one period binomial option pricing but realized I didn’t have a conceptual grasp of why things like the hedge ratio was being used. Any advice would be much appreciated.
