So I was doing some research on CFA and had a question to which I couldn’t get one right answer so I thought I’d ask here. Can one give the level 2 exam before graduating? For instance if I get my degree in June 2018 can I give level 2 in June 2018?

The CFA charter is almost like an icing on the cake, rather than something to propel you, especially in this job market (not like an MBA). You’re going to want to focus your junior/senior year summer on internships and senior year on landing the right job. Don’t worry about CFA L2 until later. Its designed that way for a reason.
