Talk to OTPP (Yonge & Fitch); they generally have lots of candidates at all levels.
How am I supposed to talk to them?

Second, if you want to find A LOT of CFA candidates in the months leading up to the exam, go to Gerstein library at U of T. Every other person will be a CFA candidate (the rest of the people I have seen there look to be med students). Maybe some of the CFA folks might be interested in discussing/preparing together for the exam.
