CFAI Reading 2 EOC Question 55.

[removed by admin]

My thought was C.

The answer as B. They said it’s because he improperly references the CFA designation.

I know you aren’t supposed to use it as a noun, but on Page 139, Exhibit 4, it states “He is one of two CFA charterholders in the company.” as ‘correrct’. If that is OK why is this NOT OK??

He insinuated that he is best qualified to manage his investments because he is a CFA charterholder.

"[…] must not misrepresent or exaggerate the meaning or implications of membership in CFA Institute, holding the CFA designation, or candidacy in the CFA program.

i still think its pretty vague.

seems straight forward
