Is participation of stakeholders good/bad for corp governance?
Good.
I read somewhr that this is not among the best practices. There were 3 options and this was not the best choice for good corp governance. Any exception?
*somewhere
*some where
If you include a lot of stakeholders in the decision-making process, it can bog that down, making your corporate governance inefficient, and that’s not good. But I believe that the increased representation of the interests of the significant stakeholders is generally a greater gain than the inefficiency loss.
I think I read that somewhere.
