Can someone tell how to solve this on calculator?
CF worksheet
CF0 = -270 C01=30 F01 = 9,9999 (it’s not infinity, but close enough 
ETA: the calculator won’t accept 10,000, but it’ll take 9,999 
)
CPT IRR (I don’t have my calculator on me right now )
With some simple algebra
0 = -270 + 30/IRR
270 = 30/IRR
IRR = 30/270
IRR = 0.1111111111
10,001 would be closer.
