First time poster, long time reader. I am currently a senior in college trying to break into sell-side ER or CR. As a back up plan, I am trying to get a job at a CRA, preferably in corporates. I know that all 3 have junior programs and was wondering if anyone could shed any light on when they do their recruiting/hiring for FT. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
