disciplinary action

there is an employment question which says

“have you ever been given verbal/written disciplinary action?”

and ive answered it no

and then i remember just now wayback my employment at hsbc, ive been given 1 verbal warning and 1 written warning for processing errors.

do you think those 2 are disciplinary action?

further, do you think that iam totally wrecked due to those written warnings from my last job which will hinder my job hunt?

jeez man!!! Say no!! They aint gonna find out that stuff from your previous employer!..

Lol this is silly. It’s like children believing there is a ‘permanent record’ and all their behaviours go on it.

The only way it kinda screws u is that you can’t really give ur past employer as a reference…
