Just wondering. I made about 30 applications in the last 8 or so months. Yet the feature that shows when they were reviewed says “Your application hasnt been reviewed yet” for ALL my applications. Is this me, or this EFC website is only used to fake HR efforts to be looking for applicants when the job is already given to someone?
the website is legit. the problem is the huge flood of applicants, screneers frequently don’t get through most of the resumes.

It is legit, I have had recruiters call me up saying they found my CV on the database.
Keep your CV stored on there and up to date, it seems pro-active recruiters do scour the CVs on there. Although, they may not be as interested in a fresh grad with little work experience.
