CFIA mock exam morning session question 88 states that if a market violates semi-strong form, then it also violates weak-form.
How is this possible? I understand if market is semi-strong form, then it automatically is in weak form too. However, a market may not be in semi-strong form but still be in weak-form.
For example, Heineken cannot be whiskey(semi-strong) but can still be alcohol beverage(weak form).
