Could anyone please explain EQUALLY OUTCOME?
I understand that EQUALLY OUTCOME means the probability of possible outcomes is equal.
What exactly don’t you understand?
If the possible outcomes are discrete, such as throwing a dice where the possible outcomes are 1,2,3,4,5,6, then the probability of each outcome = 1/(number of possible outcomes).
So the probability of getting a 3 when you throw a dice is 1/6.
The probability of getting the 3 of diamonds when you draw a playing card is 1/52.
If the possible outcomes are continuous,
one example would be any number in the interval a\le x\le b, and the probability density function would be 1/(b-a), which is 1/(length of interval)
