Hi, I’m having trouble calculating this question. any help would be appreciated:
I can’t attach my working out coz I can only make one attachment but what I did was use the growth compound formula:
5.25(1+g)/(r-g)* (1-(1+g)^20/(1+r)^20) + 5.25
And then I tried to find the present value of above back to year 0, with no answer matching. Any help and your method would be highly appreciated
