What tends to be the ratio of Fit/Techical questioning throughout the nterview process? Does most of the vetting of technical skills fall on the Analyst and the Fit piece a mix of Analyst, Department Heads and other Associates?
I’m assuming in the end each Analyst is different so the process could vary, just looking for experiences.
