Ethics Component

Hey guys, i understand that the CAIA exams is inclusive of the ethics portion. My question is, is the ethics portion equivalent to the CFA Level 1 ethics portion? Or that of CFA Level 2? Would preparation on CFA Level 1 or 2 ethics question benefit? Thanks in advance for your inputs… Khai

Having done the CFA, the ethics component of the CAIA is identical to what is seen at all levels of the CFA for ethics. The only thing I don’t know yet is if the CAIA tests ethics in 6 question item sets the way CFAI does or whether they just give you a series of random questions on ethics. But yes, material wise, they are the same.
