Hi all,
i just came across a Schweser Qbank question (#484934) where the answer state “speech by a CEO at a large fund-raiser is most likely a public event”.
I am surprised they use the word “most likely”. In my studies I got very restrictive in what I call “public information” considering (correct me if I’m wrong) a investor call recording posted on the companies website can still be seen as “non-public” as long as it haven’t been widely disseminated?
any comments appreciated, can I assume large fundraising as most likely public?
