An expo at Excel on the same day as our test!? This hasn’t happened before!? Noise? Crowds? Any thoughts?
Probably louder than the Stoke City Stadium Crowd so bring earplugs
Aw man. This does not bode well.
One year, the PA system got mixed up and we ended up listening to some random cheerful MC going on about some seminar for an excruciating 15 mins.

Don’t worry, the Excel centre is huge!
I was there in December and my parents were literally next door at an expo plus there was a olympics test event going on, but didn’t hear a thing as they shut the massive cargo doors. It’s like being worried about not being able to hear the teacher as there’s a class going on next door!
Saying that the queues for food were quite long so I took a packed lunch and in honesty will probably take some earplugs again just in case.

many years ago, Earth Wind and Fire were rehearsing in the same Atlanta building as the CFA exam, and supposedly it was loud
I had a rock concert going on outside when I sat once. Very noisy, but you could only hear the bass which in a way made it even worse.

Is Excel centre the official CFA test centre in London? I know people have taken the test there in the past, but is there any way of finding out if this will be the location in December 2012 as well? I am trying to plan ahead and this is why it is important.
