I think you’d do well to add a little more detail about geographic region and particular area of “finance” etc…without that you’re going to get either no replies or replies that are completely useless.

Looking in the field of front office (trading) or middle office.

Do realize that it’s difficult for them to place you outside what you’re doing already.

That being said, most head hunters are worthless.

“looking for trading or MO” should not be in one sentence. They are very different. If you are in ops right now and you say that to any of the recruiters in NYC they will stick you with ops. By the way in my opinion MO = BO = OPS.

Headhunters and recruiters are fairly worthless overall.

You’re better off networking and getting an insider to provide a recommendation.

I am looking for a head hunter in NY or Chicago.

I was into trading but without a job right now. Would be great if could get into risk management or middle office.

Any help is appreciated?
