Brisket on the Big Green Egg
The only thing I’ve been prepping myself lately is my nespresso latte in the morning when I wake up.
Meat loaf, mashed potatos, gravy, veggies. It ain’t fancy, but it makes us happy!!!
soup is probably my fav thing to make, if it’s thin enough, can add pasta or eat with bread. chicken curry, cajun, italian style, super easy.
another thing is stir fry. heat up pan really hot, oil, meat, vegetables, and some type of sauce of seasoning or sauce. A good one is beef, bell peppers, onions

Between the food and the intellectual conversation, I bet you host one helluva good dinner party.
My go-to is this mash up of lentils, beans, ground beef, corn, diced tomatoes and onions, pickles and some thick tomato sauce. It takes less than 45min to make and the taste is better than the sum of its parts! I usually make a huge pot of it so it lasts me 3-4 days.
spam/bacon fried rice. vienna sausage. ground beef. eggs. stir fry veggies. sardines. rice.
at costco you can get the $5 chicken or salami and eat it with rice. or the salad they ahve inside and mix in shrimp.
I found a Pakistan spot that sells cooked meat and kebabs for like 1.50 a kebab. I just load up on like 50 dollars of meat for the week.
$5 bulk chicken at Costco…how alpha!
I like to grill skewers. Onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and pretty much any kind of meat.
Chicken or tuna salad with boiled eggs, sliced almonds, grapes, and a bit of relish.
Old staples like baked chicken and steamed broccoli are good with a large splash of liquid smoke.
you have to be pretty dumb to prevent a low price from purchasing something that has good value. costco’s rotisserie chicken is cheap, healthy, and delicious. i buy one of those bad boys, and i am set for 3 to 4 meals.
i like to eat canned sardines too. its a superfood thats cheap and healthy as well.
