Four level payments meaning

Hello Gurus!

I think it’s just my english.
While I am solving one of the curriculum book’s practice problems, I faced this sentence.
“Contribute four level annual payments of $76,500 starting in 10 years.”

It sounds like the person is starting to pay in 10 years but I am not sure exactly what it means or the payment schedule is of four level annual payments of $76,500.

It means four payments of the same amount, four payments of $76,500 in this case.
