Maybe you should read more carefully a-hole. Two independent ratings one of which MAY BE may be performed by an automated essay-scoring engine. how hard is it to understand that there are two reads: one by a computer and the other by a person? reading comprehension, people… the reason why they use the word “may” is the same reason why SS analysts almost never use the word “will” (and why i said “almost” here)!!!
