Do you mean generally? Or do you mean has anyone received it from passing the last round of tests? Generally, I have received it.

I think maybe OP is asking about the CAIA charter certificate that you can hang on your wall.

I meant who passed the last examination cycle and paid the membership dues . When shall he expect to receive the paper charter that you can hang on your wall?

yup, after you paid the membership fee, the CAIA org will send you a piece of paper certificate just like CFA
