so you are getting paid to sit down but you want to complain to hr because they dont give you enough work?
Yes, It’s obviously not something I’d want in the long-run; a couple of light days can be good when you’ve slogged a lot. At some point, I’ll not be able to grow if I don’t get enough deal experience. Worst case, I can try exiting this place but I am not eligible to do that (I am on a specific visa that does not let me work for another employer). And it is actually just hard to sit at your desk doing nothing.
I say run w it as long as you get to keep your stapler.
