Highlighter + notes - Book shelf

Hi,

Please advise how to activate highlighter & notes in bookshelf. It was working properly but last few days not able to highlight or add note. I have tied Ctrl +D and other short cut but not able to re activate.

As a general rule, when someone posts keyboard commands I’m not familiar with I immediately try them out.
