Hello everyone,
I have previously stated on this forum that I want to buy a house. My search has been going on for a long time, but now I have a house in mind.
What is the situation? It concerns a house (Amsterdam center) with an asking price of 300,000 kk.
My situation is as follows:
- 29-year-old young professional;
- academically trained (asset management);
- follow postgraduate studies (CFA for those in the know);
- gross annual salary 52,500 including 5,000 bonus included in my contract;
- permanent contract.
I expect to grow to a salary of 60,000 per year in the next 3-5 years.
How can I finance this house in these difficult times in terms of mortgage provision? It is no problem for me to be a little short on cash for the first 1-2 years since my salary is growing by 5-10% (in line with the market). Are there any schemes for career people?
Thank you
