I saw a bio with “CPM” next to the person’s name. This is a designation offered by GAFM - The Global Academy of Finance & Management. They offer a zillion certifications, including:
Certified Financial Assistant (CFA)
Master Business Analyst (MBA)
It seems like the only qualifications are a degree from an accredited university and the registration fee.

What don’t you believe about a masters in Coffee making?
Sick of the elitism around here. So what if I didn’t get in to Standford, Black Swan, PhD* will not stand ford this kind of disrespect.

I got my eye on the Accredited Life Coach designation. I wonder if the healing crystals are part of the fee or extra!
ETA: Now I’m torn between the aromatherapy and reiki designations!!! What’s a boy to do???
Ok…Coffeeology I could get behind. But Cofeeology has no discernible meaning.
Master of Cofeeology (MC)
Master of Muscle & Fitness Trng & Mgt Pro(MMFTMP) is another good one.
And the one I had referred to earlier was Chartered Portfolio Manager (CPM)…
I don’t know what makes me want to puke more. The people that pay the money for these bogus certs, or people that see the letters in someone’s bio and go “ok, yup, they’re certified- must be legit,”
