What kind? v-neck / crew neck / wifebeater? I’m going to have to start dressing up for work. When I had to dress up before I’ve typically just worn the dress shirt on top of my body.

V-neck. I have to. I have a hairy chest.
I use a combination of V/crew necks for no particular reason.
I don’t really smell or produce armpit sweat and I like wearing body-fitting shirts so never wear undershirts unless it’s really cold out.
I rock a crew neck. Even without armpit sweat you’ll get deodorant on your shirts if you don’t.

Wife - beater, especially with lighter coloured dressed shirts.

Crew neck with everything. Just more comfortable imo.
I wear crew necks, pretty much always. I sweat a lot, alas. I used to think it looked masculine when I saw my dad sweating as he did the gardening, but unfortunately I inherited those genes and it gets very inconvenient, especially for dress shirts.
V-Neck w/o a tie. Crew w/ tie.

I dont rock shirts to work. Im just that jacked and tan.
I use crew neck or wife beater, just depends. Never even thought of wearing v-neck…that’s a good idea…

No undershirts for me, even with white shirts.
Is there something wrong with a crew neck and an open collar?
