How to print the e-book materials?

I’m going to be traveling so I would like to print some of the ebook materials, but don’t see how I can convert them to a PDF easily in order to print. Is this just not possible, or do I need to convert the files somehow? I thought that having the paper copies would make it easier to review on the plane, in the airport, in cabs/ shuttles while I’m on the road.

i think I’m going to just buy the hard copies, but that doesn’t help me for Monday.

assuming you’re on a PC. install nitro pdf creator. then just file->print->foxit then enter the pdf filename.

FYI I was having a lot of issues using the above route for Level 3 books. Vitalsource isn’t great for printing books, some of the CFAI Level 3 books online dont have page numbers which makes it impossible to print.

There is a quick and dirty way: Ctrl+A from VitalSource and Ctrl+V to paste in Word.

Result is not always pretty.

Just bit the bullet and bought them. Lesson learned.
