Hey guys, I know the HP12c can calculate the sample SD and variance, but I haven’t found how to get the population SD and variance. Have anyone figured it out ?

Hey, thank you for the reply but I didn’t find my answer on those pages (section branching and looping).
For sample , it’s the G and ‘.’ Button.
What are the buttons for the populations?
Sorry, I’m definitely on team BAII (RPN and registers sounded like too much work for me 
). I found the HP manual recently and thought the sample mean exercise used logic identical to that in the BAII.
If you’re given something like a table with percentage probabilities, I just convert the percentages into whole numbers and enter them into the DATA worksheet.

Rpn is definitely a challenge, I’m still only getting used to it, so i think You made the right choice with BA.
p.s I found the answer to my original qs. Hp12c makes this calculation shuper easy
