a good leader sets the tone, and leads by example. All on a team should look to the leader to dictate objectives, time line, and energy level during the journey. Weak leaders let team mates drag along; real leaders inspire the weaker links to out perform by setting the example.
A good leader inspires his/her subordinates by making significant effort to explain/lie about the importance of everyone’s work in constituting the company’s overall strategy. Actually, just buy any HBR magazine and quote from the seemingly repetitive statements/fluff about business leadership. A.) A leader inspires his workers B.)
