I have an interview with a pretty large company to be an associate equity index pm. It’s a mid-level role, but definitely different than my past experience in private wealth. I understand overall what types of questions will be asked, but if anyone works in this area or has interviewed for this before, please provide any questions you were asked or specific topics they touched.

Here are some topics:
How would you handle extra and insufficient cash in the fund? Buy/sell futures contracts.
How and when would you measure to see that your fund is in-line with the index?
What platform would you use to execute trading? Bloomberg?
What is the expected range of returns (in basis points) compared to the index?
Whose service would you use to keep up-to-date on the index changes?
