In general, anybody that self-labels as “visionary” or something similar on LinkedIn should do society a favor and exit the gene pool immediately. “Visionary.” GTFO.

Any adjectives and buzzwords in a CV which are not supported by any factual evidence such as “go-getter”, “Hard-worker”, “team player”, “quick learner” etc etc
