Welcome to technical trading. LOL
The figures have to be completed before you can tell. Much of the value of these things is not so much about expecting the figure to complete, and betting on the behavior between now and completion, but understanding when the figure has changed (trendline broken, HS done and moving on to somthing else, etc.).
I’m not a technical expert by any means, but I do find it interesting and not completely crazy (not all of it crazy, at least).
