Is there a big difference between 07 and 08 Schweser Practice Exam?

Hi, I have Schweser 07 Practice Exam Vol I. I wonder if I shoud purchase 08 Practice exam Vol 1 and Vol 2. Any level II retakers can tell me the difference?Is that worth it? Thanks
