Seems like it’s extremely volatile in options land and ohai always seemed to do this during work. Perhaps he’s just actually working lately 
I had some BBQ in Nashville a couple of years back that disappointed me. There was no dry rub and the ribs I think were literally thrown in the deep fryer. 
And the one place I tried to go to on the Sunday was 
closed!!! 
I’ve had Texas BBQ and I enjoy ribs with a nice glaze on them. Never had NC BBQ, so I can’t comment on it.
