Kaplan-Citic. Buying kaplan package at a significant discount

Does anyone know about Kaplan-Citic? I think they are the official kaplan material provider in mainland China, partnering with Citic group to provide Kaplan material in China, my roommate which is a mainlander, paid only 750 RMB for the whole level 2 package which includes printed Swchewer notes plus qbank and flashcards, which is ridiculous cheaper than what we have to pay here in the west.

Can people living outside China be customer of Kaplan citic? It seems that only chinese phone number is needed to register.

You can always put in an order and find out. They might not ship to the US though.

I did. As long as you have a chinese phone number, you can use Kaplan citic Qbank. But I am not sure if it is the same as Kaplan-Schweser qbank.
