Kaplan Q Bank down?

This is the worst time for this to happen, is the Q bank not loading for anyone? Below is my error:

GraphQL error: Oops! Something went wrong and we’re not sure why. Internal reference f96698b6-fbcd-4fee-9e56-faaceab2bb25.

I emailed Kaplan support but they won’t respond for a day since it’s the weekend.

They don’t respond during the week either.

In a just world their entire IT department would be out of work. Not because the system is failing, but because of their lack of response.
