I think that is not possible. In the previous L2 rounds, the article collection was not available in Amazon either. However, the third book on your list is a collection of articles. Some of them were more difficult to get than the others, but luckily (and access to a very good library), I was able to acquire all the original articles in PDF format from the convenience of my office 
The second book on your list is also mainly articles. I do not have a few of the unpublished chapters. eldd2@yahoo.co.uk

Yes, I have read through all that I have. I don’t think they are conceptually difficult or hard to understand to anyone who passed Level I. There is, however, a lot of things to memorize. eldd2@yahoo.co.uk
