LevelUp Bootcamps in 2016?

Anyone gone to one so far this year? I am slated to go to the one in Omaha in a few weeks and am looking forward to a shot in the arm. I did the John Harris accounting course for Level 2 and he helped me a ton for coming up with ways to approach questions better, but moreso I just had way more confidence going into the test because of it. Just hoping that this Bootcamp and this professor has the same impact as John Harris did for me.

Going to the one in New York.

Your brain will hurt when the day is over with. It’s like that every day of the bootcamp…definitely worth it in my opinion. Be prepared to take a break from it in the evenings and enjoy some nice cold brews.

I’ll say this. This bootcamp will have more of an impact than John Harris accounting seminar did for you at L2 hands down. Even though John Harris and his seminar was beasty in its own right.

I’ll be at the NYC bootcamp.

That is good to hear MGR. Any way you can explain how or why it is so much more impactful?

Marc’s awesome in his Level III classes.

You won’t be disappointed.

You may, however, be numb.

I’m _also at the NYC bootcamp based entirely on reviews from this site… if it only adds a few percentage points to my score on the june exam the price of admission will be worth. the difference between band 9-10 and a pass may be 1-2 MC questions.

Attending one in NYC.

for the NYC people… how far along are you in studying?/ what is your plan for the next few weeks?

my plan is to do 6 practice schweser exams mostly open book style

Yeah i can…the accounting portion in L2 was significant, but not all encompassing. Harris solidified my score in that section, but only that one.

Marc covers the entire curriculum from front to back in 4 days as well as provides his insight/tips on how to survive the morning section. You wont be disappointed that you went, I can almost guarantee that. There is a reason why his bootcamp attendees have a higher pass rate on L3 than the norm.

Even though Marc’s not allow to advertise that.

I already have big respect for this guy. site says 4000 candidates educated… you dont need to be a CFA to do the math on this!!.. Marc is the Mark Zuckerberg of CFA prep…
