I feel like his commitment to keeping his arm raised at all times can be problematic. For example, did every car he’s ever owned have to have a sun roof? Do cabs constantly stop for him while he’s walking along the road thinking he’s flagging them down? Did his teachers always call on him thinking he wants to answer their question? I have so many questions for this man…

Dude lives on the side walk with eating what he shits %55 of the time. You wouldn’t seriously think those stuff would you ? I remember visiting a rural village in the home country and there was an old man of about 78 who actually used to eat his own crap from as side dish and hadn’t bathed in about 30 years. The poor fellow had become a semi tourist attraction with some other similar feats of disgust. It was sad.

On the Idiot Abroad episode where Karl goes to India, he meets the arm guy. There was also a colleague of the arm guy who could tie his penis in a knot and such. I guess the guy who eats snakes was on sabbatical at the time. He was not featured.

Maybe he has trained himself to dream of holding his hand up, so his body reacts accordingly while he is asleep. Besides that, I get the impression that he is a bidet guy.
