Market weighted average (answer provided -- cant figure it out)

Let me preface this by saying that I am very happy to have found this community. There appears to be many bright minds in here, nevertheless, I disgress. Let me just get onto the question as it relates to market weighted average. The answer in red I am trying to re-create on my own. I understand the premise that to calculate a market-weighted average, the price of each component stock is multiplied by outstanding shares and then the sum of all stocks are added together. Which is essentially the total market cap. The initial figure is the base, and is assigned an index value of 100. Calculating market cap: Initial figure: (60*2m)+(85*3m)+(53*7m)+(16*9m) =890000000 …this will become 100. –coefficient = 100/89m Day2: (63*2m)+(88*3m)+(52*7m)+(19*9m)=925000000 … 103.9325 Day3: (60*2m)+(91*3m)+(51*7m)+(15*9m)=885000000 … 99.438 Day4: (61*2m)+(85*3m)+(53*7m)+(16*9m)=892000000 … 100.224 Day5: (58*2m)+(87*3m)+(50*7m)+(17*9m)=880000000 …98.876 Day6: (60*2m)+(88*3m)+(53*7m)+(18*9m)=917000000 …103.033 …Unfortunately my numbers do not match up with what is in red. So my understanding is poor and I am missing a step or have made an error somewhere along the way. Thanks in advance!

Your numbers look good to me. Where did you get this problem?
