Median on histogram

The graph shows a distribution of S&P 500 index annual return for a 50 year period

Using the formula for median, I have calculated the positions to be 25th and 26th but I’m not able to understand where to position them and how to calculate and get answer. The answer is option C 13% to 18%.

The first 24 observations fall into the buckets up to and including 3 to 8; the next 7 (including the 25th and 26th) fall into the 13 to 18 bucket.
