Membership Application Status..Weird message

Hi everyone,

I cleared level 3 and applied for membership and of course CFAI automatically submitted the application to my local society as well.

However, my work experience is approved wth CFAI with 53 months but the bulletin board shows Zero work experience submitted and Zero approved with my local society. Why is that? The status is “Under Review”.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I had the exact same thing and wrote an email to CFAI about that.

Here’s what they said:

“During the review process, work experience will never appear within the society line. This is essentially a place holder in our system.”

so don’t worry, your application is still on track

Does this mean the local society does not do a work experience review in addition to the review done by CFAI?
