Hello,
After finishing my CFA level 1 exam, I’ve started looking for moving out from my current section which is Banking Operations to another department. I have been looking in Treasury team as Junior Dealer, but the chances are low due to non availability of a vacant at the moment. Alternately, I came to know that under the Wholesale Banking Group specifically in the Agency Desk, they in need of Assistant Manager for a team were the team will be managing a portfolio of +/- USD 13BN
My concern is, shall I work on moving to the Agency Desk team or should I wait for the Treasury team to raise a vacancy? And which is the best suits with CFA?
