Pretty psyched. I’ve got tickets to Dan Deacon opening for Animal Collective in March and then a Sigur Ros show in April. I’ve seen AC and SR before but not Dan Deacon. Should be a treat. I’m sure I’ll be, uh, sober.
I actually saw Buena Vista Social Club when I was about 20…I think it was December 30, 2000 in NYC. Really awesome, special show.
Seeing Mumford & Sons in a little bit. Kind of psyched since I’ve heard their live shows are phenomenal. Definitely the kind of Hanukkah gift I can get down with.
Currently studying. Listening to the sounds of silence.
Last song I listened to: “Nutshell” by Alice in Chains.
“This Love” by Maroon 5
Can’t get it out of my head.
Jar of flies – great album. Rotten apple is epic.
The only “This Love” that listen to is the Pantera version.
I mentioned Pantera tonight at this guy at Bourbon Street.
He said he missed the force and rage…
on the bass instead was this song:

You heard Who was touring again?
“Moneytalks” by AC-DC. (The live version)

2:57 and 3:57 are worth listening to (probably better than Gillan in the original). The rest is pretty mediocre.
Co-pilot

This was one of my favourite bands when I was a teen8gr
Last two songs on the workout playlist today:
Paranoid (live version, with Randy Rhoades)
Black #1, by Type O Negative.
Oddly enough, earlier in the jog, there was also Type O’s version of Paranoid.
Club can’t handle me.
