NAV calculation: ST Debt and LT Debt both included ?

Hi,

I have a quick question on NAV calculation:

a) Divide NOI by Cap Rate

b) Add Cash and A/R

c) Subtract Debt and other Liabilities

What do you include in c) Debt? Would you include Short Debt as well as Long Term Debt?

yeah thats what it says in the curriculum (total debt)
