Negative Convexity

Hello,

I’m reading the infraestructure section and I stumble upon the concept of Negative Convexity.

I know what a convex and concave chart look like and now after researching also know what a Negative Convexity chart looks like.

My question is the following, ir there a “negative concave” chart or the concept only applies to convexity?

Finance people don’t use the terms “concave” or “concavity” for some reason. (Or, more likely, for no reason whatsoever.)

Positive concavity would be negative convexity and vice versa.
