The problem here is that CFAI is changing everything as we speak. I know at some point today I temporarily could not apply for student scholarships but now I can. They have also changed my account dashboard multiple times and I am also assuming people are not getting the same update at the same time, hence we perceive we get “tells”.

would you really want to find out by the fact you have access to a mock exam or not? just relax and wait for the email, your driving yourselves nuts. people will ask you “how did it feel when you got the words congratulations?” and you will say " I didn’t, i got the words ‘you are not registered for an exam’ "
