Everything I’ve read/heard is that the SF locker room is a disaster. Although he’s done almost nothing but win since he got there, Harbaugh has worn out his welcome with the players and they are not playing for him anymore. I understand he’s not very popular in the front office either, apparently he marginalizes just about everyone he deals with.

My point was that great QBs should be able to perform behind a weak OL. Also if you look at the stats in reality CHI has the 8th best run blocking and 15th best pass blocking OL in the league so far this year. (Both are BETTER than GB’s yet Rodgers numbers are twice as good as Cutler when adjusted for garbage time production).
Teams with worse pass blocking OL than CHI in 2014: GB, DET, PIT, NYG, SEA AND your won DAL
I take issue with those stats. KC’s OL is ranked far too high for pass protection at 24.
It’s too bad one of the greatest offensive minds (Mark Trestman) in the game will be sacrificed in the off season cleanup.
Andrew Luck never ceases to amaze me. To me, he is currently the 5th best QB in the league behind Manning, Brady, Rodgers and Brees. Depending what happens in the playoffs next month, he might climb to 4th ahead of Brees.
In 1-2 years, he will move passed Manning and Brady (due to Luck getting better and Manning/Brady getting older). He will then reach the Top 2 category and stay there for at least half a decade, not too far behind Aaron Rodgers.
